- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. kaya888 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where registration details are found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.

3. Account Security

- Access to your Account from public or shared devices carries inherent security risks. kaya888 recommends always logging out fully after each session and never saving login credentials on shared devices.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
- All transactions on the kaya888 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). kaya888 does not impose currency conversion fees on MYR transactions.
- Deposits may be made via the payment methods currently supported by kaya888, which include but are not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Available methods are displayed in the Wallet section of your Account.
- kaya888 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The name on the payment account must match the name registered on your kaya888 Account. Deposits from unverified or mismatched sources may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.
- Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Players must submit a valid Malaysian IC or passport prior to their first withdrawal request being processed.
- Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. kaya888 does not guarantee same-day processing and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
- kaya888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including but not limited to requesting proof of payment source, if circumstances warrant additional verification.
- Any balance arising from suspected fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, or violation of these Terms may be withheld pending investigation and forfeited if a violation is confirmed.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
- kaya888 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, cashback, or promotional credits to eligible Players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds requirements, as stated in the individual promotion terms.
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Wallet and cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are fulfilled. Withdrawing real-money funds before satisfying wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of outstanding Bonus Funds.
- kaya888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via in-platform notification or registered email.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, the use of multiple Accounts, systematic wagering patterns designed to exploit promotions, or arbitrage strategies — is prohibited and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.

6. Betting Rules
- All bets are placed at the Player's own risk. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the kaya888 system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
- kaya888 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, as a result of a technical malfunction, or where the outcome was determined prior to the bet being placed (where such knowledge may have been available to the Player).
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be amended by kaya888 without prior notice.
- In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the kaya888 system records shall be deemed the authoritative record. Players who believe a result has been recorded incorrectly must contact support within 72 hours of the event.

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kaya888 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Providing false identity information during registration or KYC

- Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
- Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited
